Events outside the Dead Tree Scrolls shall be considered force majeure.
The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order.
Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase.
Card information is transmitted over secure SSL using Paypal encryption and is not stored on any of our websites.
Please note that local import charges may occur for international deliveries.
Dead Tree Scrolls reserves the right to amend any information without prior notice.

Return Policy

Our Return Policy for goods in short

You must contact Dead Tree Scrolls before returning any items.
You can return the product within 14 days of delivery under the UK distance selling regulations. (Please Note Custom Made Items are exempt and non returnable)
The product must be returned unused in an (As new delivered condition) Including all product packaging.
This does not affect your statutory rights
To avoid any Customs charges please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS'.
All returns are at the customers expense and risk, Please obtain proof of posting and if required postage Insurance, (this does not affect your statutory rights under the distance selling rules

If a package is unclaimed you might have to pay a handling fee and a re-posting charge

Return Policy

Please contact Dead Tree Scrolls before returning any items.

It is appropriate that the consumer inspects the delivery immediately to verify that this is undamaged, accurate and error free. If you are not satisfied with the item, contact Dead Tree Scrolls and give all information relevant and the reason for complaint.

Return Conditions

You can return the product within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in new condition. If the product is opened or used the product shall not be refunded. Note:- Custom Made Items non returnable,

Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number. we suggest you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed.

Dead Tree Scrolls will make a refund of eligible returns. The easiest way is to e-mail it to us along with a brief description of your case.

Returning A Package

If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges. the Dead Tree Scrolls is NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

Transport Damage

If the product is lost or you upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us.

Unclaimed Packages

For packages that are not delivered/collected Dead Tree Scrolls reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.

Payment

All products remain the Dead Tree Scrolls property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents' permission to buy from the Dead Tree Scrolls shop.

If a item is unavailable you will be given the choice to receive an immediate full refund or an alternative

All transfers conducted through the Dead Tree Scrolls are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection.
